Thanks Hidde,
No worries, that makes sense... I've just updated the OOB and there was only 1x M5 in the BG, so I assumed it was a reporting error...

Btw, Ninjas v1.3 has just gone live... With a revised Carpiquet and 'real engineers' in case anyone would like to experiment with map or unit functions...

Waiting for deployment in Abbaye 2. Hopefully we'll get many turns played during the weekend. I'll be ready with my 11-unit strong BG.

Re: GJS'44 - D-Day - Improved Engineers are coming
VOTE: Brigade Re-organisation
Players/Commanders,
While Abbaye 2 is kicking off, with its massive mobile armies invincibly roaming the battle map,
, a historical opportunity has occurred to me...
Aware of the challenges faced by the precious few survivors fighting the Abbaye 2 battle, and taking into consideration that each of you probably now 'owns' at least one, possibly two, brigades... I would like propose a solution that would enable you to 'top up' your forces to keep them viable at your front lines, while also permitting you to partially tailor your forces to their tactical requirements...
At present, Commanders can choose to Merge two BGs that move into the same sector, consuming all remaining moves.
However, as an alternative to a full merger, I offer commanders an option of Brigade Re-organisation, where two adjacent battle groups (BGs) can swap upto 16 units, upto a max of 8 units in each direction, consuming one move from both of the BGs... Theoretically, this would allow you to allocate your transports, ATGs, mortars, tanks, engineers, scouts, recon cars, etc, exactly where they're required, so long as you can bring them up close enough... The 'bringing them close enough' will consume time and moves, once you decide where you want to reinforce, but the concept of planned reinforcement feels historically accurate.
Let me know what you think. Brigade Re-organisation: Yes or No.
Thanks guys.
PS. There has been a lot for you to decide on lately, so hopefully this will be our last vote for sometime to come...

It would be possible to create Kampfgruppen/Task Forces
