cant launch game

Not sure what happened as I haven't played the game in a while as I have been on the kingdoms beta but yesterday I wanted to play a short battle. Noticed my desk top icon was a white square not the usual icon. Clicked on it and it couldn't launch something wrong or missing with the exe. I have tried to delete it from the windows start menu it can't launch as the exe has been changed or moved. I can't find it in file explorer at all. If I go to my games on the slitherine site I only can download rise of the swiss.
Should I just delete the remaining files in the windows start menu? How do I gain access to a new download of the game?
The only recent changes to my PC was an update from windows, and the newest build for Kingdoms beta. Other than that I have not downloaded or added anything new to my PC.

If you register your serial on the Slitherine site you should be able to get it to show up on My Page, which should allow you to download it.
