Where does one report cheaters for investigation?

As the subject title says, i ran into a player that i think is using modified core files or somehow cheating, lots of wierd things happened when i played him, and i played him twice, bouth times had problems. I would like to report and maybe have someone that is responsible for handling people that cheat in this game have a look into it.
