Is Multiplayer Down?

As per my post on *Completed game doesn't save" thread.

Have rebooted and restarted FoG Medieval - still getting "Server does not recognise... Contact Slitherine support"
I am not getting the option to enter my username and pw.

FoGII is working fine.

It has not been down most of the time. You do need to contact slitherine support by email at support@slitherine.co.uk

Hi Support,

I have been getting this screen (below) for FoG medieval on attempting to enter multiplayer lobby.
It has been the case all morning.
I do not get the option to type in username and pw.
Otherwise, game loads and plays as normal.
I do not use steam or steam key all my Slitherine products are local install.

I have rebooted twice – same error.
I have loaded and played FoGII games without issue.

Could you assist please?
