a little bit self-bragging coming up. I beat the battle of Ebro on Generalissimus difficulty yet again.
This is my 3 playthrough on Panzer Corps 2 on Generalissimus, so this time I wanted to try to see if I would get all cities and airfields and kill all enemy troops, even those in the 4 swap areas.
I only use the 2 personal traits points you get, so I pick liberator and battle academy (very important to have well trained troops if you what to beat this mission) there may be better traits, but they feel unfair to play with.
And as a negative trait I pick slow modernization (fells more real realistic this way)
YES I could do it with about 950 prestige leftover, and all troops almost at full strength.
All cities and airfields taken; every enemy troops kill even the bunkers
Lots of planes was the key to this. With a good follow up by my tanks with artillery support
