I've played this campaign once and was successful on middle difficulty with no reloads. In this last scenario, your ample resources should be fielding experienced troops and a variety of arms. Even so, you must maintain tried & true tactics including AT and AA discipline, and resting units.

My invasion force includes 5 inf 2 AT, 2 AA, 1 tank and 2 leaders. A dramatic advance is not practical, so hold on between the river and the marsh until help arrives.

In the north the Brits clean out south of the river line. Pescara was a tough objective and the last to fall. In the center the French break into the valley north of Cassino with the help of the Brits and 2 SBs. Hold in front of Cassino until the whittling is done.

The key for me was breaking the Gaeta line with 2 SBs and advancing along the coast road to relieve the Anzio beachhead. Meanwhile the Typhoons and Lightings are tasked with supressing and killing off weakened germs. Once the linkup occurs, it's just taking the enemy apart in workmanlike fashion: smash their efficiency then kill them off.

Killing off weakened units is such a good tactic no matter what: sparing an entire turn of actions from a unit, possibly enabling many more to move freely and engage much more valuable targets...
