Display Problem--lower part of display cut off

I've played OOB for many years with no software problems. But for some reason now the last inch or so of the display is missing, making it hard to upgrade units or to get replacement troops. This just happened recently.

My system display is 1920x1080 and OOB is set to that. I've tried other settings to not avail.

If you can offer any suggestions about how to get the full display back, I'd be very appreciative.

Oops. Hiding the taskbar solves the problem--of course!
