New computer,new game

I recently bought a Windows 11 machine to couple with Strategic Command American Civil War. Have hard copy but non-functioning disc drive, how can I download the game from the website? Not tech savy at all, so any advice will be most appreciated. I registered game on my page but so far nothing. Thank you.

Login to your home page called my page and see any game you purchased you can re download the site version and the last update and install both to the new pc, with windows 11 installing both the base and update as admin will make almost any game work from the site right out of the download without any issues
