I think my tournament game is bugged

I think my tournament game is bugged

In the match where I have the first move, the UI won't load, and I can't do anything. However, in the other match, where the opponent moved first, I could control my units and complete my turn. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Are you sure your opponent has completed setup?
