Ancient battles not yet covered

Hi

much as I am enjoying Swifter than Eagles (probably my favourite DLC so far ) - are there plans to cover the far east and the meso-american options (the tabletop game had them IIRC ) part of me really wants the Olmec and Aztec battles

Thought I had seen a post from Richard somewhere else on this site suggesting that they were looking ad Far Eastern content either as add on DLC to FOG II & FOG II M or as a separate title. They do have form in this area as the Far Eastern partner to "Pike & Shot grew out of a user created add on to that game. Not sure but I think the same individual might even be involved it what they are proposing to do next. If you want coverage of South America there are a couple of add on's to "Wars Accross The World" one (solitaire) covering the early exploration of the Caribbean and the other the Conquest of Mexico. You can also fight battles from this in the add on to Mediaeval Total War II title.

I agree with you but I think they have already said no to that one for the moment.
