D-Day Glitch Custom units

is it a glitch that you don't get USA airborne in Custom on D-Day.

I tried flying them over but it takes 5 turns. Objective calls for 6.

am i missing something?

At the beginning of the scenario there is an Event explaining you how to deploy parachutists in their transport planes.
