newbie searching for an opponent

Hi all,

I have completed now a couple of games against the AI and hope to be ready to try a world war against a human opponent. I'm actually playing vanilla, but can also do the BJR mod.

I've played a couple of times, but still consider myself a novice. Let me know if you are interested. I would like to play the 39 mod version with house rules. I can play either side.
