My Master of Magic Disk doesnt work

I recently purchased your new remake of Master of Magic. I am attempting to install it with the disk you mailed to me, but it does not work. I t just attempts to load and does not. I spent 60 dollars on this game. Can you please send me a disk that works?

if you need support with a bought game, please email support and give them as much information as you can and they will be able to help you with your issue
