Can we change the interface of the mods ???

For example,
Someone makes a mod then when ya play the mod ya have to right mouse click to move the units and or the screen does not move when ya go to the edge of the screen with the mouse ya have to now right click on the map and grab and move it ...

is there a way to get it back to how it works when a mod is not installed the "default" or whatever ... thanks ...
