Tank Production Program

The Tank Production Program spec won't tell anything about how earlier certain units will appear, so I'll post here the exact new dates.
Note there is a typo in the code type3_ho-ri, hence this unit normally won't benefit.
Also note there is a bug that won't gift the Japanese type100_o-i tank if you pick the spec earlier than 1945.
This Japanese super-heavy tank is otherwise normally not purchasable.

Yeah, got the Superheavy tank bug.

It was a bummer, but the campaign was so easy I just ignored it.
