Panzer Corps Gold Version Question

What is the most up to date version of Panzer Corps Gold? I purchased Panzer Corps Gold via Steam and it shows in-game that it is version 1.30. Is that the most current version?

The latest version is version 1.31; this is available in the pinned topic "Missing "attacksub" Hotfix" in this forum. There is an "experimental" version 1.32, but this was to increase the number of zones available for mod designers - it's in the Battlefield Europe mod thread if you're interested.
