Tool Tips garbled

Hi

All the tool tips in the Order of Battle game are garbled for me, and some of the button text. Just looks like random unicode characters. Any ideas on fixes or workarounds?

I'm running Windows 7 and version 9.1.4 of Order of Battle from GOG.com.

I am running EN language and all other text is correctly showing in English. It's just the tool tips, but since that is the main way to learn and understand how the game works, I would love for the tips to work.

Awesome news! As of version 9.2.5 and Allies Victorious, my tool tips are now working!

Now I can see how much repairs cost and what all the technologies do, etc!
