Corrupted Save Files

Is anyone else having issues with corrupted Save Files? I'm playing on the updated v1.06.10. I receive an Error message sometime around turns 240-270 saying that my save file has been corrupted and no further saves are possible. Reloading previous saves and autosaves does not help. This has happened on 3 different campaigns now, all in that timeframe.

Any suggestions on a workaround? Is this a known bug?

It's discouraging me from starting any new campaigns when I can't finish any of them.

Quite a few games played & some over 400 turns...have not had any issues per saved game files...yet.
Occasionally, I experiment with edited 'xml files' & get the red exclamation point per saved files that did not use those specific edited files.
Otherwise, again no issues so far.

I can chime in as well.
I just finished a 400+ turn game and was fortunate not to have any corrupted save file.
Also playing the v1.06.10 update.
