I've taken the liberty to bundle the recent bugfixes into a new version of the mod V15.2 which can be found here:
(see opening post in this thread for most recent version)
All players are recommended to apply this new version!
I've also started a new attempt at salvaging V16 of the mod which is dysfunctional but contains the work of several months which would otherwise be lost.

During the last few days I've looked through more than 40.000 lines of scripts making several hundred edits. I hope the changes will make the game more challenging and balanced for both sides.
The only "bigger" addition will be a new choice event for CP when playing the "Neutrality broken" event before the invasion of Belgium: either occupy just Luxembourg for a 85% surprise chance on France or also occupy the southernmost dutch province of Limburg for an automatic surprise but angering Netherlands and lowering dutch food reserves.

I must say, that in your mod, I feel like balance is pretty great, games generally last until 1917, but the AI does have it's limitations which you can exploit as an experienced player which I know you can't fix. I'm interested to see how our games go, because I have no idea how PvP games go

There's a bug in my current SP game, where I've upgraded the Austrian rail at least 3 times from 1 to 2 capacity, but every turn after, it's reset to 1.

Did you play "Austrian Siege Howitzers" or "Austrian Defense planning" before? The events say "no rail move for Austria until turn 3".#

nope. I've done that before, and the rail capacity returns to normal once the russians DoW (or after t3 for howitzers). And the warning is already on the event. Besides, who can afford rail with Austria in t3? (I actually had a game just before where I could lol... because Serbia surrendered by ultimatum)
I don't know what caused this. It was later in the game. But other games seem to be normal. Maybe it was some event or idk.

The unlocking of the "Cede Transylvania" was changed to the following requirements:
"Romanian King dies" has happened before and
either Paris is held by CP at the beginning of 1915 and CP wins the annual morale check
or Warsaw was captured by CP and either "Serbian Army retreats" or "Stalemate in the West" occurred.
The event is removed from play once Bulgaria has joined CP and
either Romanian alignment has risen to at least 65% pro-Entente
or as soon as Entente has invested 20 or more Influence on Romania and twice as much as CP.
This reduces the possibility that CP is able to bribe Romania too early in the game after just having captured Paris and lost it again later, as was before.

Also:
- Namur now got a damaged Reserve Corps
- new French city of Toulon
- some more PP for Russia (Rostov)
- changed tech research time and defense bonus for barbed wire, pillar box & concrete bunkers
- reworked mobilization progress (= "war effort", meaning how many % of a nation's PP are available) for both singleplayer and multiplayer, after noticing that Britain was stuck at max. 85% war effort
- Namur now got a damaged Reserve Corps

I think it's justified. The namur change might be huge though, but I think it's historical. We might have to replay our game haha. I might have come up with something fun for CP
Did the research time get longer or shorter?
I noticed that on the map, the carpathian mountains are basically only rough terrain. But the Austrians used it to anchor when Galicia was overrun. Maybe something interesting can be done with that. I'll think on it a bit!

Research time got a bit (ca. 2 turns) shorter for pillboxes and defense stats got raised by +2 for barbed wire and +1 for pillboxes.
Those changes I listed are only a fraction of what will be changed in the next full update, but are tiny enough as to not cause problems (stability issues) for the time being.

there's also still a Serbian light cruiser in the game it seems (here it's above Palermo, you can move the Breslau there to spot it)

I guess it's maybe because you added a few things of the big update, but not all, but the AI feels a bit different. France and Serbia are very aggressive almost every game. Serbia AI feels stronger than before, often invading with a huge army and able to support 3 infantry corps. France often keeps their corps at the frontier, and if you let them, they will attack into Luxembourg and then past that. They usually fail to support Paris with armies after the initial spam of reserves to hold the Schlieffen, but it doesn't matter so much because the 1 army corps in Paris (usually Joffre, but sometimes Galieni) has 16 entrenchment :O maybe this is because of the AI? If it's just for SP, I guess it's ok. But for MP that would be pretty OP.
