Downloaded original (v1.01.10), latest update (v01.05.06) and 44 DLC (v01.05.05). Computer checked for updates and then said installation complete. Ran program and received following message:-
" A D3\D11- compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shador Model 5.0 is required to run the engine."
Please advise.

I'm not tech support but that looks like either an incompatible graphics card/onboard graphics chip, or incorrect drivers/directx or Windows version. Doesn't look like a game/software issue.

So as with all things non-game related I'd suggest Google.
