[Game issue [AV Greif shallow water] [v9.07]

The German seaplane tender AV Greif (small) is unable to enter shallow water.
That must be an oversight.
I assume the same applies to AV Bussard, but this is classified as large so maybe OK.

Both tenders have chassis type deep_draft, hence no move into shallow waters possible.
It's a design mistake, as both ships have a draft/draught less than 3 meters/10 feet, while most destroyers have around 4/13.
