Tactical Battle focus shift

Would it be possible to NOT have the focus shift to the moving enemy unit?

This forces the player to move the screen every time the enemy moves. It is REALLY annoying!

Also, I know that this will fly in the face of the OG MoM purists, but can we please get engineers for all races?
