Issues since Win 11 update 22H2

Hello,

I just updated my win11 OS to version 22H2 (KB5021255) and since this update my game has many issues

When launching the game i get an error "access to c:\users\...\theme.txt" denied. Thus the background is totally black.
If i click on "play" anyway the game launches but i can't access my saved games.
And if i click on the cross in the upright corner nothing happens : i can't exit the game

I checked the files... nothing
I deleted the game and reinstalled it... nothing

Note : my steam games are installed on D:\steamLibrary

Could you help me please ?
