Does it make a pool of every unit to become available in the next 6 months, kinda like a reverse Retrograde, or something else?

You don't see it handing out Tiger IIs in 1939, so clearly there must be some upper bounds for how far into the future the Prototypes can be picked from.

You don't see it handing out Tiger IIs in 1939, so clearly there must be some upper bounds for how far into the future the Prototypes can be picked from.

6 month cant be right or the list above is wrong. I got tiger II tanks in 1943, even a jagdtiger. That was a bit funny, because you get an jagdpanther later via an event.
In 1944 I got some E75 and Maus.
