can captians be in battlesector? they are the main hq unit for almost all chapters and if im sure leutenents are just there to help their captian so i think its better if battlesector has a captian or a primaris captian. also add more hq melee choices such as power fist and power swords they would be a good addition,since there is assult squads i think tactical marines or assult intercessors would be a good addition and seargents would also be a good idea, what yous think?
and debuff the necron warriors they deal too much damage for their point value
