Political points bug

Hi, I have a problem with PP rising up without stopping and freezing the game when doing that; green hearts start showing on nearby village without stopping.It happens when I kill an enemy unit both when attacking or defending. Reloading and reinstalling doesn’t work. Any solution? Game patched to last version.
