problems with CoM

hi I have been experiencing alot of technical issues with the game.

the game likes to double click alot when i only single click making moving troops at times tedious.
i have used multiple mouse and cannot replicate on other games. its not my side.

sometimes when i load a game it goes mental and mass clicks and everything moves down and left then when trying to reload changes the save game name adding IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII for a few seconds.
again i have tried replicating this in note pad other games its nothing my side

the sound crackles and cuts out. comes on and off when it chooses and seems to have started lagging lately.
the sound is not that much of an issue but the above make the game literally unplayable

note the game hasnt always done this maybe the last 20 hours out of 100
