Do 17Z of Condor Legion in SCW

Noticed this when checking the dev diary, it is stated to be available to the Condor Legion, and is set to be in Unit.csv, but the available time was not adjusted accordingly, which makes the aircraft only becoming available for purchase after Madrid 1939, the last scenario of SCW. Would this be fixed in the future?

I guess it's blocked for balance and to allow the use of Ju 86 longer. In fact technically it should be the E and F variants in use in Spain (plus He 111B). That might be too many models, but I'm a fan of tiny upgrades even if they change just a few stat points, so perhaps one day with a units list overhaul...

Tthat's exactly the reason I asked, because I personally never found a use for the Do 17 in campaigns later. It lacks firepower compared to He 111 and other strategic bombers when there isn't many airfields to hold them, which defeats its advantage at slot cost. In SCW, at least, it would be the best one you have and saw some actions. The plane has a few point of advantage over Ju 86, but not broken anyway.
