Planetary Supremacy not working on my PC

So, I've just finished the main game and thought about taking a look at the planetary supremacy mode to play my favorite daemons, but somehow the mode wont start, normally the "loading skull" blinks twice and the game seens to stop (music keeps playing but I waited for the game to load for 10 minutes)

while my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, the campain worked smoothly, having only minor hickups during cutscenes
Hope you guys can fix the issue
