Looks like Richard and the people at Slitherine were able to bring us updated men-at-arms as [Edit] a free patch for "Rise of the Swiss" at the same time as the release of the "Sublime Porte" DLC on 15 September

And the new look comes with the free patch that releases at the same time, you don't need the DLC for that
