piatek CG39 scenario new, redone

no mods needed for this it is a standalone custom scenario - very different from the version you will have played before as part of GC39. player is axis, AI is allied (poland).

i never liked the setup of the original, you just stop the AI forces from crossing the river - too easy to lay traps. historical research lead to this version - the map is mostly the same, the starting positions are not. the axis forces have to retake the river crossings after initial polish attacks AND withstand polish counterattacks. the scenario contains a LOT of scripts to make things interesting. the least obvious of which is you should move the armoured car that you receive as reinforcements on turn 8 to Lowicz - something good will happen if you do. BUT the AI forces are REALLY interested in taking/holding Lowicz. i would send most of the reinforcements you receive to that city. this is the 4th version of this scenario so hopefully no bugs - it used to be too hard - maybe this version is a little easy but find out for yourself.

it is much more interesting than the original version. screenshots won't look like much - the gameplay/strategy changes are where it's at. play it!

wish something like that also done for MP.
