Does anyone know who holds the rights to Age of Rifles?

It's one of few older wargames I haven't seen on GOG (ie just the game and expansion) or being republished/updated (say TOAW III/IV). Now I know it was originally published by SSI (as was the expansion scenarios), but ever since it went out of print, nothing, and I have no clue who the rights are with now. I just think even beyond the big Civil War and other battles the game covers, is just how much it shines in smaller or obscure conflicts from the time period, and the community was just so immensely creative and created some amazing Scenarios. I was hoping somewhere here might know who the rights are with?

I'd love for someone to republish the game too. <hint hint Slitherine >

I’m not sure about the holding of rights but I just purchased this game from Allvideo Classic Games. It is running very well on my laptop on Windows 11.
Had forgotten just how much I enjoyed this game.
