Tax being added to both Matrix and Slitherine Stores

I am looking to redeem my anniversary coupon. I make my selections, the prices come up and say tax included but on the last screen prior to buying Vat is being added.

I have reported this and received a support ticket but there has been no solution in nearly 2 weeks.Is anyone else having this problem?
