How do I move my capital back to Syracuse, once I foolishly lost it, without letting some barbarian take my new capital?

you must destroy your current palace, while having the region of your choice producing the most culture per turn within your nation.
I think also there is a RGD about moving your capital. Or perhaps that's for Kingdoms, I don't remember! :mrgreen:
