Can not buy or download SC civil war

I try to buy and download the strategic command Civil War but when after verify bank card and continue with process all I get is this message

The card is up to date and I have enough money and all information is correct.
I have sent a mail to your support for more than one day ago but no answer.
Would appreciate a answer in this as soon possible thanks

No didnt get any help from support
They said error was fixed but it was not.
And I lost the game discount during their
response time. Not that it matter since I can not buy here. My card works fine in other sites.
So I will go elsewhere and buy other games.
Having a online shop that doesnt work and dont get fixed seem really bad.

So I raised a ticket on this one and was told that my card (which is from one of the major UK banks) was not compatible with matrixgames.

Grand Tactician is a game that I really enjoy. They've put in a lot of effort since their EA launch, and it shows. You have a lot of control over how the war plays out, and if you're a Civil War buff, this is the game for you.

It's basically UG turned up to 11 and the knob ripped off.
