Multiplayer game reverting to previous turn. WTF!?!

I played part of the 3rd turn of my WC round 11 German side game and had to take a break. When I went back to play, it is now the middle of my 2nd turn.

Problems with partial turn uploads being lost have been going on for about a month. Now I've lost an entire turn. Is anyone even reading these tech support posts???

ich bin der Wettkampfgegner vom Vorredner. Ich kann die Darstellung nur bestätigen.
Mein 2.Zug auf russischer Seite ist vollkommen weg, musste noch mal neu ziehen, Gegner auch und natürlich habe ich dabei viel schlechter abgeschnitten.
Ok Punkte sind mir nicht so wichtig, ist aber trotzdem ärgerlich und auch sinnlos zeitaufwendig.

Just to be clear, at this point we do not want it rolled back, we have played multiple turns since then.

This happened to others in the previous round, and seems clearly related to the frequent partial turn uploads disappearing as mentioned in other Tech Support forum posts.
