Combining Mods with Generic Mod Enabler

Post by TangSooDo »

I am a dyed-in-the-wool original Panzer Corps fan. Panzer Corps 2 just doesn't do it for me, and I will freely admit that I don't have a lot of success playing it as compared to Panzer Corps 1. I have tried just about all the mods for PC1 and enjoyed many, but I get pulled back to the classic versions. Recently I have combined Der Andere Weg (The Other Way) mod with Panzer Corps classic. Surprisingly, they work together. You get the original classic campaign but with a much wider array of units. To do this, load Panzer Corps Classic into the Generic Mod Enabler first, then load DAW and play!

Right. I have built DAW completely compatible with the original campaigns in addition, so to speak. So there should be no problems whatsoever when playing with the originals.

However, if you are only interested in the very high number of additional units, it is better to use the AMULET mod, which is included in DAW in the older version 1.2 (except for the sound). In DAW, however, I have added a lot of allied and other units. So it all depends on where your interest lies.
