Pbem can end automatically after some time cause of inactivity?

Post by Lancier »

Hello Richard. I was play a pbem with a friend, he was inactive for a long time then he decided to play his turn but i got the below message to my email:
Dear Lancier,

Your multiplayer game of Field of Glory II: Medieval called Random Map Battle is now complete. Thanks for playing and we hope you enjoyed it.

Opponents: ...
Turn: 11
It doesnt tell what happened with the battles in the email, my opponent says he didnt hit "retreat battle" button or "end stalled game" and when i login to the battle it shows the replay of my latest moves then game halts, nothing happens..

Games are shown under "completed" games now.

Can pbems end automatically after some time cause of inactivity (45 days maybe)?. or what happened i couldnt get really.. After how many days end stalled game button can be active?

Yes, some time after 30 days inactivity they are removed. The exact number of days will vary because as far as I know the tidying is done in batches, but I am not sure how often.

It is supposed to be 7 days, but there are currently some issues with it not working in some circumstances. If it doesn't work, you just have to wait for it to be cleared automatically as above.

Cheers,
