I think Dalfrede told me about it way back. I've been away playing Ultimate General Civil War so I'm rusty on some of the nuances. came back when I saw the 43 was out.

Space bar can be dangerous time by time.
You wont realise if one of your units get killed, if you dont check your core after every turn.

Defiant you jinxed me! I'm replaying the 4 1 and forgot about Hauptman hung out to the left to start the battle of the pocket where the Russians attack from everywhere. 3/4 of the way thru, toggle my unit list to check my inventory of Russian tanks contemplating crossing the bridges to go on a massive tank capture offensive an lo and behold, see the dreaded Skull at the top. its Hauptmann! totally forgot the battle starts with him out to the left and u bring him back across the river and u r done with him. hit the damn RTS button.
