Battlesector/Planetary Supremecy issues on PS4

I have encountered issues where the game would crash very frequently, especially on skirmish. I don't know if there are underline issue or it's related to having a large army size such as 3000 points against 3000 points but any gamemode would have a high chance of crash but mostly the skirmish mode.
In addition there are issues on Planetary Supremecy where I would capture 2 tiles then when I load a game to another tile I find my army to be under the map where all you can see is the skybox and I cannot find any way to break free from the glitch. This issue happens without fail every Supremecy game I launch this is a very game breaking issue.

I was having the same problems with terrain not loading in after capturing 2 regions but this seemed fixed after last update but problem is back when trying to take a factions main base.

Base screen loads in with no terrain and marines look like they are floating in the sky.

Yes I have saw your post funny enough. But yes I don't know if I have missed any updates recently but I have still seeing this problem where I would have 2 tiles and then this problem happens I recently played the necrons and I managed to capture 3-4 tiles the this time but then it happened again. This happens without fail for me now.
