Console online multiplayer

So the game has been out for a while now and since launch the online multiplayer has been a mess on console from my experience, I have a group of friends that would like to play but can never find games and when we play each other constantly get disconnected, I have seen no acknowledgement of this anywhere which is off-putting considering we play on game pass so are likely not to purchase the game if the key reason to continue playing the game does not function, can we get some kind of response as to if/when this issue will be addressed instead of just being ignored like the other posts mentioning this have been.

Also it now seems multiplayer is not playable at all unless you purchase the necron dlc because it states some army's are incomplete, which given the current state of multiplayer isn't something I would consider.

We are aware of an issue that causes multiplayer to be inaccessible for some players if they don't own the Necrons, and are looking into a solution. Apologies for the inconvenience.

With respect to the disconnects since launch, we did receive some reports at launch and investigated them, but were unable to find any issues in our testing. If you have any details about the nature of the issues you are seeing, we'd gladly look into it further.

My friend and I play Battlesector on the Series X and we keep getting disconnected from multiplayer when we put the points above 1000pts. When using armies at 1000pts or under, it works perfectly every time. We have never been able to battle with a 1500pt or higher army. It's kind of a shame because a 1000pt army gets kinda old fast.
