DLC won't download

DLC won't download

I purchased all the DLC for Warhammer 40,000 Armageddon from the Slitherine site, including the free "Untold Battles".

On the "Success - Shopping Cart" screen, all titles were shown, with a "Download" button for each one. They all downloaded except "Untold Battles" - when I click on the button, nothing happens.

I logged into my account on the site and listed my games, sure enough all the DLC is there, including "Untold Battles", which shows "Serial: not available" where all the other DLC show a serial.

When I click on "File downloads" for "Untold Battles", it says I do not have a serial. I was never emailed a serial for this DLC (I did for all the others)so don't have one.

Please advise how I can get a serial for "Untold Battles" and download it. I also need a serial so I can get a Steam key for "Untold Battles".
