FG II Skirmish mode

I still can't figure it out - the skirmish menu options I get are very limited. Instead of the expected menu (https://imgbb.com/Q94CJZs), I get the one with fewer features (https://imgbb.com/j5nbnBb). I bought the game on Steam and play on PC.
