how to change alliance?

Hello guys,

is there anybody who know how to change alliance ? Far example, i want russia( enemy country) to become a friend country . Is is possible in the editor? i haven't found any trigger.

I know that it is possible to change hex country but i want to convert some enemy units to become friendly units.

You can't change alliance of a faction in an underway scenario. But you can use triggers to remove units and replace them with another faction.
