This Campaign has been insanely fun to play. I love the changes in map orientation in some of the scenarios. I know everyone is eagerly anticipating AO43, including me, but I'm also hoping for a GC 44. Do you have a time frame for the next release?

Thanks.

I am working on GC 44 East and Grondel is working on Africa Corps for the ahistorical branch and updating the historical branch. We may not release anything until they complete AO 43 as their updates/patches have the possibility of upending things and we to make sure the mods are not affected.

Thanks

i pushed an update on steam a day ago.

some of the changes:
- most maps have been redone to change rotation and some events have been added.
- added a new air training scenario
- fictional branch continues till palastine

u will have to start AC from the beginning to make all changes take effect, it might even break existing savegames.

u should restart 1942 ;) nearly evry map received an upgrade.

- wounded transport on first map working correctly now
- i added 2 special heroes.
- enemy hereos have been added to match ur hero loaded core force. should feel more challenging
- enemy will respond to ur progress in the scenario

if u want to, let me know if all is working fine or if u encounter any trouble. i´m currently working on finishing AC fictional and don´t have the time to playtest myself.

I'm starting now my "cool down phase" and will replay DLC42 later and try again the Africa campaign. If I find something strange I will let you know.

report for AC:
- Dash to wire: in my opinion, the wave of the british counter attack is to strong, to many planes. it is a lot of work (not fun) to handle this...
- the new fighter training session (very good idea):
- wrong date, strange briefing , no deployment phase
- only 4 targets with strengh 20, with my FW190 it was finished after turn 7 or 8
- 12 turns is to long, due to the topic above
- it has the taste of to be unfinished

what planes are u talking about? the ones that spawn south in the desert at the 4 bonus objective airbases?

the airtraining has received lots of changes alrdy, eq will end when all planes are killed. proper date set etc.

I really like the map changes, "Streets of Moscow" is so much better now and "Voronezh" is pretty crazy even I think the "Survivor" trait on the enemy AI is a bit overdone but keep up the great work!

I mean the wave of planes after the trigger point in the east (@ Fort Madalena?). The british planes had a double line formation and it was impossible to fly behind the line. You can only wait, hope there not so much damage and take out the british planes one by one.

There are only 2 Kittyhawk and some bombers in that wave, all other planes have been active from the start of the map or are leftovers from the airfields in the south west. they should be no threat to ur FW190a. If u still have lots of enemy planes there they have been there all the time. maybe just damaged and went back there to repair.

Hi,

Just asking that if it is possible technically to make a Chinese localization version. I (maybe 2 or 3 more volunteers) can do the translation but we don't know how to make it work in the game.

I noticed that some AI planes after the recent update get the "AT" trait which seems a bit too strong and also not working correctly. I brought a plane down to 6 from 10 and it was still applying the same bonus like being on full strength,

There seems to be a bug at "Storming Stalingrad" - there is pioneer (German) sitting in the middle with 100 strength :)

Edit: There are actually two
