Charged Multiple Times For Single Purchase?

Hello

I recently purchased the "Mega Pack" for Battle Academy on my Mac. However, the first couple times I tried to purchase it I got an error message and a blank screen. I went back to the payment screen thinking that there might be a problem with my card information(this happened a couple times back and forth), and eventually managed to make my purchase successfully through PayPal. However, checking my bank account it says I got charged three times for my purchase, not just once, which I'm assuming is because I went back to the payment screen after I got the error message and re-entered my card info?

Is there any way to get two of those charges removed, or am I out of luck? I am very happy with having Battle Academy, but I was only trying to purchase the DLC mega pack once.

One more quick question: what does it mean when it says “a ticket has been generated” in the response email? Does that just mean the issue has been noted and it’s like in a queue for the support people to check on when they can?
