Sorry about that, didn't realize I left out my opponents name. This match was against Dragmio.carpenkm wrote: ↑Sat Mar 12, 2022 1:42 pmI've recorded this as Afromullet wins vs Heidipie. Let me know if this is not correct.Afromullet wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 10:12 pm Division C
Afromullet Berber (Murabit) with 1087-1147 AD with Andalusian vs German Imperial 1050 - 1154 AD with allies Free Canton 1106 - 1109 AD - 26 vs 56
It was a pretty tough battle. The Veteran Spearmen helped break some units, and even the lancers were useful with the knights as backup.

DirtyMark - Ilkhanid Mongols (1230-1353) w. Georgian allies (1145-1249) defeated Joch1955 - Hungarian (1200-1319) w. Tatar allies (1242-1339) 64-46 (62-25)
I initially turned his flank and was ahead, but it then became a general free for all where he got the upper hand.

Re: Field of Glory II - The Divisional Championships (TDC)-Rules
Am I right in thinking that the issue here is to do with players who are in the league being affiliated to one of the countries who have invaded the Ukraine ?Hi All
We have included this within the rules
d) One player is forfeiting due to not wishing to play against his opponent for a number of reasons. The forfeiting player will lose the game 40% - 15%.
Once more please read the rules and be familiar with them.
Cheers
Eric
I realise it is a difficult issue but could we have some open debate about it. I have strong feelings about it but would also be interested to know where other players stand.
We (that is the UK) are restricting trading with Russia, we are not participating in sporting competitions against Russian teams. Do we as individuals want to be competing against individuals from Russia, on reflection for me I think probably not. Do I want to be participating in a competition including Russian players, while I don't have anything against them as an individual and they may very well not approve of what their country is doing I think probably I don't want to continue under those circumstances.

Div E
Kashtronomical (Median 836-627 BC with Assyrian 681-609 BC allies) defeats phlewis (Romans 105-25 BC) 67-39
Very unfavorable terrain for the Romans forced them to wait at the only open area at their back edge of the battlefield. Outnumbered and outgunned, their flanks fell just as their superior heavy infantry charged up the middle hill to route a large chunk of the Mede army.
Good game!

Zawzgrzyt Georgian 1118-1144 + Seljuq Turkish (West) defeats carpenkm Byzantine (Italy) 1050-1071 with Papal 1050-1154 62-33 (89-33)
The Byzantines, intimidated by the number of Georgian troops, stepped back deeply. In the crush, the battle was fought with variable luck, but the numerical superiority finally took effect.
Thanks for good game.

ericdoman1 Ghaznavid 962 - 1187 AD (FOGII Medieval) defeated Batesmotel Byzantine 988-1041 AD *[/list] 65-39 (86-39)
Another tough encounter and this time without my artillery (they disrupted the Varangians), I would have lost this game or it would have been very close. Cheers Chris.
We should all Stand With Ukraine.
