Slitherine prevents game buying on their site - this site is corrupt

Slitherine is running some weird scam that blocks orders on this site. I wanted Storm of Arrows but I will have to do without. I regret buying Fog Medieval now cause it will be unfinished now that Slitherine is blocking me from their site.

I got a discount couple - the first one in years - and it lowered the price a bit but now it won't allow the purchase after 5 rejections I gave up. I understand Slitherine is forcing people to buy directly on Steam instead of here on their site to allow Steam to control all game sales, but why not be honest about it and just shut down this website instead of blocking people insidiously in order to drive away loyal customers by pissing us off?

Plus the stupid picture clicky thing I have to do every time on this site. LET PEOPLE STAY LOGGED ON!!!!!! I don't want to select chimneys and tractors each time I want to attempt - AND FAIL - buying a new game cause this stupid site can never understand that I am not a bot. Why so desperate to get rid of customers? Steam doesn't play these stupid tricks on people so they dominate game sales and have a monopoly which prevents people buying directly from developers.

Alright alright, I agree I won't buy any more slitherine games, but I really don't see the win for slitherine in this. It seems really stupid and a backstabby way to get rid of loyal customers.

Uhh... I buy Slitherine stuff directly from the site no trouble. There's probably something weird happening on your end. If I were you I'd just email support@slitherine.co.uk

I had a problem with an order last month and contacted them - it was sorted out in good time.

I think it is cause I tried to use a coupon and slitherine wants to prevent me from getting a discount. The coupon runs out after a week maybe so I will just let it go.
I was trying to buy Storm of Arrows dlc for Fog Medieval and the new Distant Worlds 2 and Valor & Victory Stalingrad but I can live without all that. The Ukrainians are living without homes now so I can at least do without slitherine. On the positive side, slitherine is saving me money that I shouldn't be spending plus I still have all the games I already bought here so I don't need any more. I just need to stop looking at ads for games I can no longer buy. It sucks that I can't finish getting the parts for Medieval cause it will be a half-empty shell. I will stick to using only Steam in the future and avoid slitherine.
