How to use/see/delete core army files

I got a question - maybe technical.

Let`s say I finish the AO1942 DLC - one time with Operation Blut and the next time with Operation Wintersturm. I think I will end up with two different saves and two different core forces.

How and where can I see the difference in the save-files for the core army (losing units, differnt experience levels, etc.) when importing to AO1943?

From earlier importing procedures starting e.g. AO1942 I had a lot of problems in seeing what file what is. So I had to start the new campaign with one file only to see that this is the wrong imported army. So I had to start another completely new campaign with another imported core army.

So the final question would be - can I delete "wrong" core save files (where are they and is there any risk in doing so)? I`m afraid I produced a mess with these core saves...

Your core files should be saved at My Documents/My Games/Panzer Corps 2/Cores, file names should be quite clear about with one do they belong to.
