pc2 game dlcs

i cannot find how to load dlcs for pc2 anywhere--perhaps i just do not know where to look. thanks for your help in advance

I purchased mine through the "Steam" app.
They were having a sale earlier this month and I bought the packet for like $25
I just checked, right now it is $35
